Este ano, a instituição sagrou-se pentacampeã. A premiação é considerada a maior do ramo empresarial no reconhecimento da excelência em atendimento aos clientes, e reconhece empresas brasileiras com as melhores reputações e operações eficientes. 

A participação no prêmio também desempenha um papel significativo ao colaborar com o Núcleo Assistencial Brasilândia (NAB), que se dedica a expandir os serviços voltados à reabilitação e inclusão social de crianças e adolescentes com deficiências físicas e mentais de origem neurológica. O NAB realiza ainda um trabalho de apoio às famílias, fornecendo cestas básicas, leite, produtos de higiene e assistência jurídica, quando necessário. Além disso, promove cursos profissionalizantes para as mães, com o objetivo de fomentar sua autonomia financeira.
